Had to drop the rating mainly because of this app. It has the primary features which I need which is scheduling, but it has missed changing the temperature more than once. I've now doubled the schedule, so 30 minutes later it tries the same temperature again, let's see if that holds up.

As many people have said the app stayed on the loading screen. When I contacted customer support they told me I wasn't giving the app the correct permissions, and it was a problem with my phone. I gave the app full permissions and it still wouldn't work. I turned off my ad blocker and guess what?! Works fine. Super intuitive easy app that's filled to the gills with trackers and bs. As soon as I got through to the app I turned my blocker back on and it's at 500 already. I'll post a Pic if I can.

I have the plugin 500w smart heater. I absolutely love it. However, the scheduling in the app doesn't make sense to me. I have tried every way I can think of but I still have to go to the app to activate a schedule to change when I want a temperature change to happen. It's no different than going to the app to change the temperature.
